Saarina Pudi, also known as “Sarina Podi” or “Sarina Powder,” is a flavorful and aromatic spice blend originating from South Indian cuisine. It is a versatile dry chutney powder celebrated for its bold and complex flavors, adding a delightful kick to various dishes.
