At AnuVirat, We envisage to sell products of Local Entrepreneurs Globally and it is our constant endeavor to ship products that are quality tested. In an unlikely event that you are not convinced with the products and services provided, we will provide replacements to the products as per the below policies.

Returns Policy:
For food products, we do not return the products once delivered. For other products too, there is no returns at all as they directly come from Manufacturer to customers, specially for perishable food products. Please enquire before you purchase the products.

Parcel opening video is compulsory and have to check product in live video. Defect / Damage must be visible in video and then only we accept replacement option. Un-damaged products will be returned within 15 days from the date of reaching back to the manufacturer / vendor from the customer. For International returns to customers, it might be from 15 days – 1 month. Please confirm on the chat and order.

Cancellation Policy:
If the customer chooses to cancel an already placed order, the order will be cancelled only if the products have not been prepared and sent by courier. The cancellation will be at the discretion of the AnuVirat and will be considered on a case by case basis. In case a cancellation is accepted, the refund of the amount will be initiated to the customer within 7 days of accepting the refund request.

Refund Policy:
Since we are delivering few food products, we cannot provide any refunds. Most of the products will not have refunds. The decision to re-ship and refund products will be at the sole discretion of AnuVirat and will be considered on a case by case basis. In case it is decided to ship the products, the products will be shipped within a 12-15 days time of reporting the issue. For refund of amount due to stock issues or a quick cancellation, refund shall be done within 7 days. For products refund, we have to wait till the damaged product is shipped back to the company. Post that, we will identify discrepancy and make payments within 7 days of receiving the product.
