What is the heart and what does it do?
The heart is made up of cardiac muscles just like our other different muscles like biceps, triceps, smooth muscles, etc. It works like a pump and takes blood around the body to transport oxygen, nutrients, and waste products to and from the tissues.

What happens to the heart as we grow old?
The heart is continuously beating and pumping blood even before we are born and does this work till we are alive. But like any other muscle, the power of the heart muscles weakens as we age. And thus various heart diseases occur either because of the weakness of the heart or due to excess load on the heart because of blockages in the arteries and veins which are the pipes carrying the blood throughout the body.

Composition: Each tablet contains: Arjun (Termanalia arjuna), Vidarikand (Ipomoea digitata) 150mg. each, Shuddha Guggul (Balsamodendron mukul) 50mg., Shuddha Vishatinduk (Srychnos nuxvomica) 20mg., Agasthi bhasma, Akikpishti, Shrung bhasma, Abhrak bhasma 5mg each, Binders and Excipients q.s.
